Real Estate Development Intern

The Real Estate Development Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our development team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and has strong analytical and organizational skills. The intern will assist in various tasks related to the analysis of potential development projects, including data entry, financial modeling, and feasibility studies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting feasibility studies for new development projects, including market research, financial analysis, and site assessments.
• Support the development team in preparing and maintaining detailed financial models and gain hands on experience in the process.
• Perform data entry and analysis tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint.
• Support the team in conducting preliminary due diligence and research on potential development sites and properties.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze market trends and development opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project processes and outcomes.
